Welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor offering mental health services for children and teens in the Lacey area. 

 

Growing up is hard and it’s completely normal to need a little help along the way. I believe that addressing mental health struggles and behavioral concerns at a young age can help kids to prosper and grow into healthy adults. I offer kids and teens a safe place to express themselves, process whatever it is they are experiencing in their world, and someone who will listen to them without any judgements or biases. My goal is to teach kids and teens skills they can use to cope with their symptoms and be successful in whatever they choose to do. I also work with parents to help improve communication and their relationship with their child/teen.

I work with all mental health disorders and specialize in working with children/teens who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, tics, and those who have a parent in the military.
